Each year, SIBUR group staff are granted awards by Gazprom and the RF Ministry of Industry and Energy, as well as state awards and the following corporate honours:

• «Best SIBUR Worker» title (best senior manager, leader, specialist);
• Certificate of honour;
• Commendation;
• Letter of gratitude;
• Valuable gift;
• «Merited SIBUR Employee» title;
• «Best Group Enterprise» title;
• «Best SIBUR Unit» title.

Up to 200 employees receive awards from the Ministry of Industry and Energy on the occasion of Chemical Worker’s Day each year.
