Voronezhsintezkauchuk

Voronezhsintezkauchuk is one of the largest manufacturers of high quality rubber, latex and thermoplastic elastomer in Russia. Voronezhsintezkauchuk is one of Russia’s largest producers of polybutadiene rubber of solution polymerization, which accounts for about 40% of the Company’s production. The business produces butadiene-styrene, polybutadiene, and polystyrene latexes in a range of 18 brands.

The main production is synthetic rubbers obtained by various polymerisation methods (solution and emulsion), which provides them with different structures, and hence different properties. The rubbers are widely used in the production of rubber for automotive, aviation and bicycle tyres, etc.

Synthetic latexes are used in the manufacture of latex-based paints, the impregnated bases of carpet-fabric coatings and other areas of hermeticisation and impregnation, as well as the manufacture of gloves, pacifiers, etc. 

Thermoplastic elastomers combine the properties of rubbers and thermoplastics and are used in the manufacture of rail pads, bearings, and CD/DVD mechanisms, etc.

The Company’s production of SBS has a capacity of 35,000 tonnes per year.

The production of butadiene-styrene rubbers with a capacity of 30,000 tonnes per year is produced under the Green Tyre programme and meets the requirements of the world’s leading companies. The facility for the polymerisation of copolymer rubbers is fully automated.
